Refund Policy

At MySkillSchool, we strive to provide high-quality, practical, and easy-to-understand learning content through our membership model. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want to be transparent about our refund policy.

No Refunds on Memberships After Access

Due to the nature of digital learning and instant access to all our educational materials upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once your membership has been activated and access has been granted.

Exceptions (Refund May Be Considered If):

  • You were charged more than once for the same membership.
  • There was a technical issue on our end that prevented access, and our support team could not resolve it within 5 working days.
  • You made a duplicate purchase by mistake and didn’t access the content.

In such cases, refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

Requesting a Refund (If Eligible):

Please email us at support@myskillschool.com with:

  • Your full name and email used to register
  • Transaction ID or payment receipt
  • Clear reason for the refund request

Refunds, if approved, amount will be credited within 3 – 5 business days to your original payment method.  

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • You’ve already logged in and accessed any content.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You forgot to cancel your renewal (if applicable).
  • You didn’t use the membership actively.

Renewals & Cancellations

  • Memberships can be cancelled anytime to avoid future renewals.
  • Once cancelled, your access remains valid until the end of the billing cycle.
  • We do not refund partial months or unused time.

Note:

We may offer a one-time courtesy refund in special situations at our sole discretion, but this is not guaranteed and cannot be requested repeatedly.
